All vegetable and pasta dishes can be prepared
strictly vegetarian.  

Sample menus can be interchanged, a main
meat dish does not always have to be a part of
a menu.

I’ll prepare anything plain, without sauces or
seasonings, if you like.

If there is something that you can't stand, you'll
never see it.

I am happy to use all organic or kosher products
if preferred.

I take requests.
