Here's how Essential Chef, as your
personal chef, works...

Before I begin cooking for you, we'll meet to discuss
your food preferences, your schedule and you can give
me a tour of your kitchen.

I prefer to cook in your kitchen.  This allows me to not
only leave you with the freshest meals, but to reduce
waste of plastic containers and packaging.  

I will plan, shop, cook and cleanup for every cooking
session.  I can cook a week's worth of meals and store
them in your refrigerator or freezer, we can discuss how
many meals you need prepared for at home or on the go
meals.

If you don't want to make any decisions on what you'll eat
for the week, I'll get to know your preferences and plan
and cook accordingly.  If you find that you're in the mood
for something specific, let me know and I'll work it into
the menu plan.  

I will shop just before coming to your house. I will then
get setup in your kitchen and organize myself as
efficiently as possible.  For 4 entrees/4 sides, it usually
takes me about 3 hours, as I get to know your kitchen, I
do speed up.   
I will always cleanup and leave the kitchen as I found it.

My day rate pricing can range anywhere from a single
meal price to multiple meals prepared in one visit to
your home.

As your personal chef, I always try to cook the
foods you want to eat.  I will always keep in
mind food allergies and dietary restrictions.  
The easiest way to control what you eat is to
cook it yourself, the second easiest way is to
hire a personal chef.
